Composition

• Bevacizumab – 400 mg per 16 ml vial

Mechanism of Action

Bevacizumab works by binding to vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), a key protein responsible for the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis). By inhibiting VEGF-A, it prevents tumor blood vessel formation, thereby reducing tumor growth, spread, and metastasis.

Indications
