Therapeutic Uses

Eramox Tablet is indicated for the treatment of:

• Community-acquired pneumonia
• Acute bacterial sinusitis
• Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Intra-abdominal infections (as part of combination therapy)
• Pelvic inflammatory disease (in selected cases)
• Other susceptible bacterial infections as determined by a physician

It is often prescribed when other antibiotics are not suitable or have failed.

Mechanism of Action

Moxifloxacin works by targeting bacterial DNA processes:
