Prelizer-AM Tablet 2.5 mg + 5 mg is a fixed-dose combination of Bisoprolol Fumarate 2.5 mg and Amlodipine Besilate 5 mg. It is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and certain cases of chronic stable angina.

This combination provides dual-action blood pressure control by combining a beta-blocker (bisoprolol) with a calcium channel blocker (amlodipine). Together, they help lower blood pressure, reduce heart workload, and improve blood flow.

Indications

Prelizer-AM is indicated for:

• Hypertension not adequately controlled with single therapy

• Chronic stable angina

• Patients requiring combination therapy for better cardiovascular control

Dosage and Administration

• Usually taken once daily, preferably at the same time each day.
